Deliverables
This project will be completed in two phases, Phase A, Alternatives Analysis, and Phase B, Conceptual Design. Each phase includes a draft report, sponsor review of the draft report, and then revisions based on the review to produce a final report. Specific documents are produced in each phase that will be available for review. Input from the public is solicited at all steps of the process.
Phase A, Alternatives Analysis, includes development of the baseline hydrology report, alternatives analysis with cost-benefit analysis, and the FHAD. Flood discharges and volumes will be generated and presented in the hydrology report for the 2-, 5-, 10-, 50-, 100, and 500-year storm events under both existing and future development conditions. The FHAD will identify water surface elevations and floodplain delineations and profiles for the 100-year event along Piney and Antelope Creeks.
Phase B, Conceptual Design, includes the completion of preliminary design of the recommended alternative from the Phase A work.
Available DocumentsAvailable documents will be added as they are accepted.
